Mary Kaitlyn Brown

Mary Kaitlyn Brown grew up in Henrico County and attended Deep Run High School. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Liberty University with a degree in criminal justice, and obtained her law degree from Regent University School of Law. She later served as a Law Clerk for a Circuit Court Judge in southwest Virginia. Upon returning back home to the Richmond area she began working as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney with the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, she routinely handled both felony and misdemeanor criminal matters, and gained jury trial experience. As a member of Harvey & Driggs, PLC, she focuses primarily on traffic and criminal defense.
