Carly is a transactional real estate attorney with over a decade of experience guiding clients through complex and creative property transactions. She has represented investors, private lenders, and businesses in matters ranging from traditional real estate closings to complex, non-traditional transactions such as wraparound mortgages, subject-to purchases, and other creative acquisition strategies.
Before joining Harvey & Driggs, Carly served as in-house counsel for a growing construction company and worked closely with real estate investors on deal structuring, negotiations, asset protection, and entity formation. She’s known for understanding the business side of real estate—not just the legal side—and for helping clients structure deals that support long-term growth.
She earned her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Old Dominion University, where she was recognized as a Top International Business Student. She is fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) and is passionate about making sophisticated real estate strategies accessible and well-structure.
Carly lives in Henrico with her son, Levin, and when she’s not working, she’s managing her own Virginia real estate portfolio.
